Who are we?
4U Catering is the brainchild of executive chefs Emma Cerulli and Sebastien Barthe, who trained at the prestigious Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia and the renowned Institut d'Hotellerie et de Tourisme de Quebec. After working at numerous catering companies and top-notch restaurants in Montreal and around Canada, they decided to start their own catering company, with the idea that people wanted more.

What makes 4U different? It's the philosophy that clients have wishes, and fantasies that are sometimes overlooked because of menu restrictions and so on. At 4U we customize our menu with our clients to fit their desires.
